I usually don't rate things but I was very pleased with this sonic. It is one of the best ones I have been to in a long time. I feel like sonic has been going downhill but this one gives me hope! I'm from Springfield Missouri and sonic sucks over there. Very kind people. They messed up my order a little though..I ordered cheddar bites but instead they gave me their cheddar peppers. But that's fine because I love both.
Typical Sonic drive-in, if you have been to one then you have been to them all. Prices are standard and acceptable for almost everything and they run deals and specials at certain times of the week and season.
Friendly fast service. Order has always been brought out to the car correctly. Taste great. Love this Sonic
Easy access if you are heading south on IH-35 towards Salado Plaza. Northbound requires you to take the exit to FM2484 and then circle around. Please take note, if you are using a vehicle GPS and its more than a year old the directions will be wrong. Exits have changed since the construction was completed last year.
Our Sonic is hit or miss depending on the time of year. Sometimes the staff is nice and quick while other times they are slow and rude.
Worst sonic experience ever! I used to work at a sonic so i understand some things. Took ten minutes for my food to arrive, and the ticket is late at 5 minutes. All the carhops are standing there at the table instead of looking semi busy. My burger was cold and made upside down, there was also way to much chilli on everything i ordered with chili. And the carhop didnt even apologize for the wait.
First of all- i worked at sonic a few years ago second my dad owned one prior to my employment... Fast forward to this morning.. I went to this particular sonic because i was in a rush and wanting my usual number 19 on the breakfast menu, not only was i not offered the option of size- i was not offered a supplemental upsell option (which should be a part of training) not only was i not offered an option of potatoes (which very clearly states on the menu that yes, it does come with it not to mention again that i know the damn menu) but the car hop insisted that i was wrong and the manager insisted the same even tho the menu and i myself know otherwise. Will not go back. Extremely rude and condescending. Luckily for them I'm not a secret shopper. Also- every customer is worth a mint.. A true sonic manager/employee should know what that means.. And i was not offered even a mint. These people are not trained, nor do they know who they may piss off first thing in the morning nor do they care. So.. Best of luck folks, guess it doesn't take much and doesn't. matter about General customer service.
