Kathys Boardwalk Cafe has great food and service. I have never had a bad meal or service since I have going there, which is over a year.
Family staff was nice but slow, 15 minutes to get water, 20+ to order. They need to hire more waitstaff. Food was definitely from frozen instead of fresh. I ordered a chicken cordon sandwich. Chicken only covered half the bun, frozen chicken patty, cheap lunch meat and definitely fries from a bag. Daughter ordered a burger with much of the same results. Thankfully, they actually have to use fresh veggies or I think they would be using frozen if they could. I try my hardest to support family owned business but this place is like a school cafeteria and not a real restaurant nor passion for food and cooking.
My daughter's favorite cheeseburger. We love the food and the staff. The food is made with love. We eat here as often as we can. We highly recommend eating here.
