Save yourself money and book a B&B elsewhere
Cozy and beautiful cottages. Friendly and responsive owners. Only drawback which isn't that bad is you can hear the highway traffic. I will stay there again though.
3) Linited hot water. Tried to take a bath and water became cold half way. Not a fan of cold baths.
4) Bad location: Right off highway so kind of ruins the rustic greatsway feel...
My mother and I stopped here spontaneously on our road trip. Though you are next to the highway, it really feels secluded and off the beaten path. Since we came on a weekday, the price was reduced. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and, though we didn't meet Jill in person, she was very helpful when we called to check in and when we had a question about our room. We stayed in the Salado cottage which was just lovely. They let us tour the cottages that were not occupied which was neat. The paintings in the room were made by one of the owners or their family so that was a sweet touch. The place is gorgeous, but the outdoor aspect of it would be much more easily enjoyed NOT in the summer months! The breakfast, consisting of ham quiche, fruit shortbread, banana bread, some fruit, and OJ, was surprisingly delicious especially considering it came from our mini fridge!
Cons: 1) Poor communication from inn keeper. Told us they were serving "breakfast". Asked what we wanted and delivered store bought frozen breads and sausage the night we checked in without telling us that was breakfast. No thanks, I would eat Mcdonalds over that. We waited around in the morning for breakfast, Called several times and finally got a rude response from innkeeper.

All in all, a wonderful little place to unwind. Would definitely come back!
2)Left roach Spray by the toilet and had broken window taped in bathroom. Wonder where the bugs are coming from?
Don't waste your money on this place.
Pros: Rustic little cabin. Had some charm.
