Tom immediately solved my first issue and too the additional time needed to solve the second with the assistance of Royce. I would have panicked had Tom not offered assistance and rescued me. I was embarrassed to have made such simple errors but was shown respect which helped with my newbie confidence level.
There was no-one in the office, so I called the number on the office door. The guy that answered was very rude and obnoxious, I would not consider staying there.

Newbie so I was a bit nervous. I did run into two snags and took Tom up on his offer to help if I needed anything.
Royce checked us in late Saturday after we picked up our new RV. He was very helpful and got out in the cold and rain to loan us a water regulator.
My hubby had to get back to work early this morning so I was on my own to unplug, hitch, and get home.
We planned to stay one night and ended up staying three!
I stayed here over a year. Very clean and quiet. Owner on site is very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
I am a full-timer staying at Tranquil Garden. I have only been here a little more than a month, but am convinced that for a long-term spot... I got the best! The park is simple and small... quiet and dark enough at night for me to see all the stars I want! Owner lives on grounds and keeps it nice, quiet and safe. I highly recommend it for anyone who values peace and quiet and "country". Rates are competitive, owner helpful, grounds clean!
The owner/manager sticks to the 10 year old rule. No inspection, no pictures, it didn't matter. We have a 98 Carriage in amazing condition but we aren't good enough for this park.
The next day Tom, the owner, stopped by to introduce himself and offer assistance with an unhitch issue.
